Software MacKiev is an award-winning developer and publisher of premium-quality consumer and education software for Macintosh and Windows platforms (see www.mackiev.com).
We are looking for full-time customer support staff members to participate in interesting new projects.
Required skills:
- Fluent written English
- Attentiveness to detail
- Knowledge of computer terminology with the capacity and desire to learn more
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer support and*or extensive knowledge of different software would be a plus
- Familiarity with the software development process is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Helps customers by means of email replies to their technical support requests
- Communicates with other Customer Support Department specialists
- Represents the customer’s point of view to the company
- Provides analysis of issues, works with other departments to improve the company’s products
- Monitors and updates the knowledge base and self-help resources available to customers
